Private views from each bedroom, panoramic views from the main living space, and every room opens onto a larger wrap-around elevated deck. The result is unforgettable.

Getaway

There are so many charming coastal communities and neighborhoods along the Oregon coast just perfect for a new, well-designed, beach cabin getaway. Our clients discovered a site in an established neighborhood perfect for a small-footprint beach house.

The lumi.nw design provided a clever solution with 2 Bedrooms/ 2 Bathrooms and an office surrounding a soaring vaulted open living space. Given it rains a bit on the Oregon coast, the design offers a covered entry porch, so all that’s left is to enjoy everything the coast offers!

Horse Ranch

Turns out horses like to travel in good weather like people do. In this case, from the heat of the Arizona desert to the relative cool of a Northwest summer. The owners wanted a design that would take in the long views of the horse pastures and offer a semi-dual living house while they were on the property in the summers and caretakers in the winter.

Based on the iconic confluence series, the result is a 1,826 SF, 2 Bedrooms/1 Study/2.5 Bathrooms solution that focuses on the functional requirements while capturing the sweeping views.

Trees

Near Garden Valley, Idaho, it is a site that celebrates the vibrant beauty of nature. Our rocket scientist client presented an ambitious program of a house to fit in the natural environment with a connected series of other structures. By using a palette of materials and colors, the buildings work together in scale with the surroundings.

The primary dwelling is 1,600 SF with 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms based on the fuse.3 series. Simply beautiful!
